Naomi Weber

Naomi Weber is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠. Naomi works with clients to create end-to-end client capability building experiences, both designing and delivering content for client teams all over the world. She is a certified MBTI Instructor, Scrum Master and Product Owner credentialed by Scrum Inc., and Scrum @ Scale trainer, as well as a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.  

She is also responsible for developing our global training program curriculum for executives and serves as a trainer in the firm’s broader global training programs.

Additionally, Naomi holds 10 years of strategy consulting experience and has worked with clients in the financial services, media, telecommunications, private equity, industrial goods and services, oil & gas, consumer products, healthcare and global development spheres. She has primarily assisted clients with customer and growth strategies, due diligences, organization design and sales and operations planning.  

Prior to joining us in 2007, Naomi taught second grade as a Teach For America corps member in Newark, NJ.

Naomi graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. She holds both an MBA and a Master's in Education from Stanford University.
