Patrick Blaser is a member of our Financial Services practice.
He has worked with many of the leading universal and retail/ SME banks in Germany and Switzerland as well as in EMEA and globally. His work primarily surrounds large-scale digital transformation programs and group & BU multi-year strategies. Patrick also serves as global lead of the Simple & Digital Benchmarking in Retail Banking which he has conducted with 100+ banks over the past years.
Beyond his client work, he is a leader of our Zurich Family Friendliness and Fathers at Bain efforts and is Recruiting captain for full-time hires in Zurich. Additionally, he is a leader in our EMEA Marketing & Customer Experience practice with a specific focus on the Financial Services interlock. Patrick is also an active member of the Zurich performance committees (Associate Consultants up to Managers) .
In 2022, Patrick was recognized as an Upward Feedback Rockstar based on the positive feedback and high levels of advocacy of his teams.
Before joining us, he graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a degree in business administration.
In his personal time, Patrick is a passionate Squash player, avid traveler and family-man. He is the proud father of three young daughters and likes to spend a lot time with them and his wife and can often be found in the local Zoo.
