Silvan Göldi

Silvan Göldi is a member of our Consumer Products, Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices. He has over 15 years of consulting experience working in our Zurich, Boston, and Vienna offices.

He has worked with both top-50 and family-owned companies and many of their suppliers. His work primarily involves large-scale transformations, business and growth strategies, and supply chain and footprint optimizations. Silvan was also instrumental in establishing a partnership with Systemiq, advising clients worldwide on sustainable packaging solutions and strategies to transition to a circular economy.

He holds a BSc and MSc, with highest distinction (Willi-Studer-Prize), from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) and an MBA, with honors, from Harvard Business School.

In his personal time, Silvan is a passionate cook and golfer. He and his wife are the proud parents of two children.
