Sneh Banker

Sneh Banker is a member of our Retail, Financial Services and Performance Improvement practices.

He specializes in large-scale transformations, focusing on strategy, customer experience, and performance improvement. He has worked extensively in grocery, insurance, and banking and brings significant experience supporting private equity sponsors on commercial due diligence and value creation.

In addition to his client work, Sneh has played a key leadership role in Australia, overseeing the professional development and training of Associate Consultants.

Prior to joining Bain, he held roles in corporate strategy and finance at a leading logistics and retail company.

Sneh earned his MBA from London Business School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
