Timothy Balthazar

Tim Balthazar is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice.

He has worked with a diverse set of energy clients - across renewables and clean tech, utilities, and oil and gas. He primarily focuses his work on strategy and operations topics, and works with both corporate clients and also private equity funds.

Beyond his client work, Tim is a leader within Veterans at Bain. In this role, Tim works with Veterans new to Bain, and also those within Bain who are building careers.

Prior to joining us, Tim was an officer in the US Air Force. He is a graduate of Columbia Business School and the US Air Force Academy.

In his personal time, Tim enjoys getting outdoors with his wife and three kids.
