Tiziano Rivolta

Tiziano Rivolta is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice. He leads our Performance Improvement practice for Oil & Gas, as well as our Chemicals and Petrochemicals practice, and our Change Management practice.

Tiziano has more than two decades of management consulting experience across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and the Americas. He deeply covers the oil & gas, chemicals, and petrochemicals value chain from upstream to downstream refining and retail, with specific expertise in capital project management, EPC, and operations.

His recent work has included energy operations full potential transformation, large CAPEX project management transformation, international oil company full potential transformation, EPC company transformation, and future-back oil & gas and petrochemical scenarios development.

Tiziano's key client achievements have included:

• Leading a 2B$ transformation program for one of the largest oil & gas EPC contractors, encompassing a complete company reorganization;
• Leading a $3B cost transformation program for an international oil company;
• Leading a >$1.5B cost and operations transformation for a leading petrochemical company, encompassing a significant operating model turnaround;
• Completely redesigning the CAPEX management system for one of the world's largest oil & gas companies.

He has also led diligence efforts for various private equity funds.

Tiziano previously worked as a finance, planning, and M&A analyst for Kraft Group.

He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

He is deeply involved with our Social Impact practice and supports Endeavor, the world-leading entrepreneur development non-profit organization. He is a certified Agile Scrum Master.
