GERRY MATTIOS: As always, being here is very exciting. You hear a lot of things. Probably two things have stuck out for me this year. One is the super emphasis that there is on digital.

Everybody talks about the implications of digital in every industry and every company you're in. This year, particularly, I see a big, big shift on that. And I'm very happy to hear this because as [you] know, at Bain and Company we're investing a lot on digital. So we're definitely heading in the right direction.

The second exciting aspect that I hear a lot about is sustainability. I was just this morning in a session on the water crisis. It was very timely to hear that big companies that are big users of water are heavily engaged with organizations like water.org, [as well as] a lot of highly visible people, to eradicate the water crisis we're facing in many parts of the world. We as a firm are doing a lot of sustainability, [not only] to have sustainable business for ourselves and our operations, but also in our sustainability practice, which is growing very fast and working with clients on sustainable projects. So I'm very excited to hear these two themes being very prominent in Davos this year, and we as a firm are totally committed to both of them.
