So much has gone virtual due to Covid-19, but physicians still value in-person sales and service visits, according to Bain & Company’s latest survey of frontline providers, conducted with Dynata. Today, more are open to virtual approaches and a reduction in visit frequency, but a majority still prefer at least some in-person interaction once the pandemic passes. To address these shifting customer preferences, medtech and pharma companies will need to continue in-person interactions while adding digital capabilities.
