Alicia is a member of the Energy & Natural Resource and Transformation practices, with over a decade of management consulting experience.
Alicia specializes in corporate transformation, operating model and Results Delivery®. She had advised clients across Southeast Asia, Africa and the US in setting-up, mobilizing and running transformations. She also has deep expertise in end-to-end operating model redesign, including for Engine 2 and the Results Delivery toolkit.
Alicia graduated with First Class Honors in economics from the University of Cambridge. Before joining Bain, she worked at another consulting firm.
She leads People initiatives for the Kuala Lumpur office, which oversees personal/professional development for our talent. She is passionate about building sustainability & enabling more female role models in high-paced careers.
Alicia is a proud mother of one and enjoys reading, spin class and communing with nature in her personal time.
