He has cross-industry experience with work focused in technology, advanced manufacturing, retail and healthcare. His primary focus is on customer experience and marketing strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and experimentation at scale. His background also includes meaningful private equity and M&A work, having supported 10+ diligences and several scale merger integrations.

Outside of client work, Drew acts as the Professional Standards manager across all Texas offices, ensuring risk compliance. He is highly active in both undergraduate and graduate recruiting as an interviewer and school-team advisor. He also acts as the Dallas Manager class champion, providing guidance and advice to rising managers.

In his personal time, Drew enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife are the proud parents of two young boys.
