Florian D. Mueller

Florian D. Mueller is a member of our Paper & Packaging practice and leads the practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

 

He has two decades of management consulting experience advising paper and packaging companies on cost transformation, performance improvement, operating model redesign, and sales and go-to-market strategies. He also supports private equity clients with due diligences and post-acquisition strategies.

 

Florian holds a PhD in business and commerce from the Technical University of Dortmund and a Master’s degree in business administration from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
