Dr. Florian Mueller is a member of our Private Equity and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
Throughout more than 13 years with us, Florian has led private equity clients on designing and delivering value creation plans for their portfolio companies. He is also deeply versed in driving efficiency and commercial excellence programs for industrial firms.
Florian holds a Ph.D. in Business and Commerce from the Technical University of Dortmund, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management.
