Jed Buchanan is a leader in Bains Private Equity practice, with additional expertise in Advanced Manufacturing & Services.

Within the private equity sphere, Jed specializes in commercial diligence, portfolio growth strategy and performance improvement. 

He is also well-versed in various consumer products and mergers & acquisitions topics.

Prior to joining Bain in 1999, he held positions within another top consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
