Jon Kuether is a member of Bain's Retail and Performance Improvement practices.
He supports senior management teams at retail clients to address their most important strategic and operational issues, including multiple company-wide transformation programs to drive growth and performance improvement.
Jon has particular depth within performance improvement efforts. In addition, he has supported Bain's retail clients across a broad set of issues, including strategy, full potential transformation, Advanced Retail Buying, and customer strategy and category management. He also has experience advising clients on investment due diligence projects.
In addition to his time in Chicago, Jon has spent time in Bain's Hong Kong office. He is active in the firm's undergraduate and MBA recruiting efforts as well as our global and local training programs.
Prior to joining Bain, he worked in finance for General Mills in Minneapolis.
Jon holds an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in accounting and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
