Kaitlyn has led several client engagements in these areas, across capabilities including corporate strategy, operating model transformation, go-to-market transformation, marketing acceleration, digital strategy, M&A strategy and screening, and revenue growth management.
Prior to joining Bain, Kaitlyn worked in impact investing in Latin America and in investment banking in New York.
Kaitlyn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Colgate University.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys swimming/biking/running, traveling, and spending time with family.
