Napat

Napat Thavisin is a member of our Consumer Products practice with significant experience in large scale transformations including strategy, commercial excellence / go-to-market, M&A, separations and operating model.

His recent experience includes leading the separation and carve-out of a global consumer healthcare company and working with the CEO office for another CPG client across multiple value creation levers as part of a turnaround transformation programme. 

Beyond his client work, Napat leads Pride@Bain (our LGBTQIA+ affinity group at Bain) in our London Office across internal connectivity, recruitment and external engagement activities.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked for another global consulting firm in Southeast Asia and at JP Morgan Singapore. Napat obtained a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Napat is originally from Thailand but based in London with his Irish Setter, Spritz. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, exploring new restaurants and working out.
