Margaret Dries is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences and Organization practice areas with 15+ years at Bain.
She has led several multi-year transformations for large providers, including not-for-profit health systems as well as PE-owned practice management companies. Recently, her work has focused on clinician value proposition, staffing, and performance improvement as a foundational piece of provider strategy and success regardless of ownership.
Margaret also leads the intersection of Healthcare and Organization for Bain, as an expert in designing and implementing new Operating Models in Healthcare.
Beyond her client work, Margaret has been a leader in our Women at Bain Affinity Group since 2015 and is currently WAB Champion for Chicago.
Before joining Bain, Margaret earned her AB in economics from the University of Chicago. She also holds a master's in business administration from Harvard.
Outside of work, Margaret is a mom of three and serves on the Women's Board for the University of Chicago.
