Mukarram Bhaiji is a member of our Customer and Pricing practices. He has over 15 years of experience consulting on B2B pricing, sales, and commercial strategy.

Since joining us in 2020, he has advised clients on a range of pricing and commercial strategy topics, including design and implementation of new pricing models, design and implement price correction/increase programs, drive better price realization through data-driven discount guidance solutions, and building pricing as an organizational capability. He has worked across such industries as software, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, professional and data services.

Prior to joining us, Mukarram was the global pricing strategy director of Smith+Nephew PLC, where he was a core part of the global leadership team responsible for setting new product pricing strategies and running pricing optimization initiatives. He was instrumental in the design and implementation of a digital deal guidance and configure, price, and quote platform for the business, which significantly streamlined pricing processes and stemmed pricing leakage.  

Mukarram also previously co-led the pricing practice for another major consulting firm in the UK.

He holds a diploma in data science from the Chartered Institute of IT, and an MEng. in manufacturing engineering, with honours, from the University of Warwick. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS).

In his personal time, Mukarram is a car enthusiast, an avid football (soccer) and F1 fan, and recreational squash and golf player. He is married with two children.
