Raj Pherwani

Raj Pherwani leads major CEO-driven full potential and transformational client engagements across a range of industries and is a leader in the firm's  Technology, Telecommunications and Consumer Products practices.

Since joining Bain in 1993, Raj has acquired deep expertise in leading global full-potential transformation projects for clients in the telecommunications and technology industries. Raj also has significant experience working with leading global private equity funds and has supported turnaround efforts at a number of portfolio companies.

He previously served as the head of Bain's Amsterdam office, as well as the global leader of its Performance Improvement practice. He has also served on the firm's Board of Directors.

Raj earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, holds an MS in engineering from Cornell University and is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India.
