She joined Bain in 1995 and was elected to the partnership in 2006.
Her focus areas include organizational simplification, end-to-end process redesign, real estate, operations and zero-based budgeting.
She is also an expert in HR excellence, particularly with regard to talent management, management by objectives (MBO), long-term incentives and performance improvement.
Additionally, Roberta is highly skilled in strategic sourcing initiatives, including process, benchmarking, vendor rating and cost reduction programs.
Prior to joining Bain, Roberta worked as a financial analyst and cost accounting manager with Procter & Gamble.
She holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University.
