Stefanie Jacobsen is a member of our Financial Services and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.
She holds deep expertise across the financial services sphere, specializing in banking. Her case work primarily concerns retail banking, with a focus on digital and distribution transformation and development of “engine 2” business models.
Stefanie also advises clients on customer strategy across industries. She is a specialist in Agile customer experience transformation, customer journey redesign and the Net Promoter System®.
Aside from her client work, she is an active mentor for young female talents within Bain and leads our Women@Bain program in Germany.
She holds a Master of International Business from HEC Paris and a BBA from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
