The relationship between universities and employers has changed. A recent survey by Bain & Company showed the needs of young Italians. According to the survey, they are willing to forgo permanent contracts and time for private life in order to have greater economic satisfaction. Because doors so frequently open to transfers abroad, keeping job satisfaction high needs to be a priority for employers who wish to retain young and talented hires.
