MasterCard targets Mena's luxury consumers with 'Priceless Arabia'

MasterCard has recently expanded its 'Priceless Cities' to give consumers in the Mena region access to location specific offers on products and services. According to a 2013 Bain & Company report, Dubai is a hub of luxury consumers. Dubai can claim approximately 30 percent of the luxury goods market in the Middle East, which is approximately two thirds of the UAE's share.
