Adam Olszewski is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, with a focus on Utilities & Renewables and the energy transition.
He works with utilities and energy companies across Europe and globally, advising on strategic and capital allocation decisions throughout the power and utilities value chain, and helps lead our utilities & renewables work within the energy & natural resources practice in Central and Eastern Europe. Adam also counsels financial investors—including private equity and infrastructure funds—on energy sector investments. His experience spans onshore and offshore wind, solar PV, flexible generation, energy storage, distribution networks, retail electricity, and EV charging infrastructure.
Since joining Bain in 2017, Adam has supported senior executives, boards, and investors on critical decisions related to decarbonization, system transformation, and long-term value creation.
Adam holds degrees from the University of Vienna, the University of Warsaw, and the Warsaw School of Economics.
