Alessandro Martire is a member of our Retail practice.
He has supported leading players across grocery, food & beverage, general merchandising and specialty retail. His work primarily focuses on strategy, business development, category management, pricing, marketing and commercial excellence, and the adoption of generative AI as a business enabler. He is experienced in supply chain, store operations, cost efficiency and change management, supporting clients in designing and implementing innovative, pragmatic solutions.
Beyond his client work, Alessandro was recognized by Mark-Up among Italy’s “New Generation” of Retail & Marketing professionals, in 2022. Since 2019, he's shared his passion for grocery and food by teaching in business school masters' programs.
Before joining us, Alessandro gained hands-on experience with leading retailers, deepening his knowledge of the sector’s key dynamics. He holds an MSc in management with full honors from Bocconi University.
In his personal time, Alessandro—proudly from Venice—enjoys exploring the Venetian lagoon by boat, running (is a former football referee), and co-manages a family vacation rental business with his wife, with whom he has two young daughters.
