Alexey primarily advises airlines, MRO, and ground handling companies in Europe and the Middle East on various topics, including the launch of new businesses, cost transformation, headcount optimization, customer loyalty, and finance redesign.
Alexey has also worked with several metals and mining companies on performance and finance function improvements, go-to-market, and logistic strategies.
Prior to joining us, Alexey worked in investment banking in CIS.
Alexey holds a Master's degree from Kyiv Economic University and a Bachelor's degree from Grenoble II University.
