Allison Gans

Allison Gans is the co-managing partner of Bain & Company's New York office. She is a leader in our Private Equity practice.

Allison has 20 years of consulting experience. She focuses on partnering with management teams to drive sustainable value creation in private equity-owned businesses. Examples include growth strategy, merger integration, due diligence, organizational effectiveness, sales excellence and profit improvement. She has deep expertise in the consumer, industrial, retail, and business services spaces and has a niche in businesses with distributed workforces. She has worked with many management teams to develop the critical operating model and organizational infrastructure to translate and realize their strategy. 

Allison earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University.
