Expertise
Andrea is a member of our Retail and Private Equity practices, with a focus on luxury goods and fashion.
He advises luxury, fashion, and design companies on strategic positioning, customer strategy, merchandising, go-to-market, pricing excellence, corporate finance, and operating model. He also advises private equity funds on due diligence, value creation, and IPO management.
Andrea is a contributing author to our fashion and luxury intellectual property and a frequent speaker at fashion and luxury conferences.
He holds a master’s degree summa cum laude in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
