Borja Gayoso

Borja Gayoso is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Performance Improvement practices, with a focus on the Financial Services industry. 

He has extensive experience serving local and global clients across Europe and the Middle East, supporting their strategic transformations through his technology strategy and performance improvement expertise. His background includes tech sourcing strategy and procurement, as well as vendor relationships with big-tech players. He also has experience across a range of industries including technology services, aviation, and energy.

Prior to joining Bain, Borja worked for a top-tier tech company and, afterwards, as a consultant for another top firm in its Madrid and London offices. He is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and holds a Master's in Business from Universidad Carlos III. In addition, he is a part of the IE faculty with a focus on the iMBA program.

In his personal time, Borja loves playing tennis and spending quality time with his wife and two kids.
