Share your journey to Bain.
I found out about Bain my second year of college through the president of the sustainability organization at UChicago. I ended up getting accepted to BEL and was blown away by the people, work, and broader culture. Since then, I haven't looked back and joined full-time this past October.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
I routinely feel like I can do impactful work at Bain. Whether through pro bono cases that impact the communities around me or high-impact commercial cases shaping the strategies of companies, I've always been able to find impactful and meaningful work at Bain.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
I've been able to "Build My Own Bain" through finding passion both in my case work and also outside through Bain's numerous Extra10s. By being a School Team Lead, joining the Racial Equity and Social Justice pillar, and routinely going bouldering with other Bainies, I've been able to thrive within my career in consulting.
