Before Bain, I spent the last decade building digital products for various industries including financial services, aviation, and healthcare. I chose to join Bain because of the opportunities and impact I can make with my work. I’m surrounded by a strong and supportive network that’s allowed me to grow personally while having fun along the way. Bain also supports my continued professional development through several training opportunities, formal and informal mentoring, and occasionally, throwing me in the deep in.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I sought a career that would allow me to solve today's complex business problems with a human-centered approach. This is what I do at Bain in an energetic and intellectually stimulating environment. I work with a diverse and talented team to solve complex challenges our clients face in a fast-changing world. It's inspiring to see first-hand how the understanding human behavior, when coupled with analytical problem-solving skills, can create powerful results.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
So far, every case I've worked on at Bain has its set of unique challenges. Still, I'm excited by the idea of translating business needs into meaningful solutions that are desirable and useful from a human point of view. Perhaps the most impactful was designing and building a digital health ecosystem supporting parents-to-be and new parents on one of their most life-changing experiences.
