How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Coming out of college, I was excited to get exposure to a wide range of industries and business problems while ultimately learning what makes organizations successful. At Bain, I’m able to do this while being surrounded by people deeply invested in my personal development and a ton of fun to work alongside.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
Every project at Bain has helped build my quantitative and strategic skillsets, but two other “must-haves” for me are pursuing social impact work and building relationships with my colleagues. I’ve had no shortage of opportunities for either, as I’ve been able to take up roles in various nonprofit consulting projects and partnerships and have found incredibly supportive and helpful colleagues across tenures who want to ensure that I succeed and grow.

I’ve been lucky enough to experience several different sides of the work going on at Bain, from helping a major restaurant chain redesign its digital customer experience amidst the onset of COVID to building internal research on what enables nascent consumer products brands to scale successfully. I’ve also gotten a lot of valuable experiences and energy from plugging into involvements outside of my case work, both serious and less serious (Bain softball / flag football teams don’t always win but always have the most fun).
