At Notre Dame, I had the opportunity to lead a consulting project in partnership with Bain, which first sparked my interest in the firm. I formally began my Bain journey during my sophomore year through the CREW program, where I experienced what makes Bain’s culture so distinctive and met an incredible community of Bainies. Following that experience, I applied to the ACI program and interned in summer 2024. After a great summer, I returned to Bain full-time in September 2025, excited to continue growing with the firm.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
When I attended the CREW program, I had the opportunity to meet several inspiring LT panelists, and it was clear how supportive the Bain community is and how meaningful the work can be. After the program, I connected with Notre Dame alumni at Bain and enjoyed the conversations about their client work and their lives at Bain.
I was struck not only by how accomplished they were, but also by how genuinely supportive and enthusiastic they felt about Bain’s culture. The strong sense of community came through in every interaction. Those experiences made it clear to me that Bain was the right fit, both professionally and personally.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
I have been very intentional and proactive about seeking mentorship to support my professional development, both within my case teams and beyond. I regularly chat with formal and informal mentors to learn from their experiences and perspectives, which has been incredibly valuable in shaping my growth at Bain.
Outside of casework, I enjoyed exploring Extra10 opportunities, including serving as a Notre Dame school team lead and getting involved in affinity groups. I love how these experiences helped me build connections and find communities across the office.

One highlight for me was creating a customer interview highlight video for a grocery retailer client, which ended up being a big hit in the client meeting. I really enjoyed the process of taking a rough idea and turning it into something tangible that brought the voice of the customer to life.
With support from the Bain AIS team, I learned a new tool from scratch and built the video step by step. It was rewarding not only to stretch myself technically, but also to see how the final product helped the client more clearly understand their customers’ perspectives.
