My journey to Bain has been a dynamic evolution fueled by a passion for technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact. I began my college studies in International Business but soon realized that software would permeate every aspect of the business world. Recognizing that hands-on technical skills would be invaluable in our post-information age, I made the pivotal decision to switch my major to Computer Science.
After graduating, I worked as a Backend and Data Engineer at renowned companies like Wayfair and Salesforce. Working on machine learning-powered recommendation systems with Salesforce's Einstein team inspired me to deepen my expertise in more advanced software field, Artificial Intelligence, and I pursued a Master's degree in AI at Northeastern University.
After that, I fulfilled my next ambition and joined the fast-paced, early-stage startup OpenStore to build top-notch software from scratch and learn the valuable skill of wearing multiple hats — in a resource constrained environment of a startup I got to be a Project Manager, an Engineer, a Data Architect and even a UX Designer. This experience sharpened my ability to innovate and adapt in rapidly evolving environments.
With a wealth of diverse experiences and a strong technical foundation, I was drawn to Bain—the company of my dreams. Here, I can leverage my background to drive significant results, collaborate with inspiring and exceptionally competent colleagues, and continue to grow both personally and professionally. Joining Bain has been the culmination of my journey, allowing me to contribute meaningfully while fulfilling my aspirations.
