How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew Bain was the right place for me during the recruiting process. Through coffee chats, case prep calls, and campus visits, I met people who were genuinely invested in my success. They were people I could see myself being friends with, not just colleagues. Now that I’m here, I have realized that impression was completely true! The culture I experienced as a candidate is the same one I experience every day.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
One of my favorite parts of Bain has been AAB. The events have made me feel closer to home, and the sense of community is truly special. This winter, I had the chance to design AAB merch, which was incredibly fulfilling. It’s even more rewarding to now see Bainies wearing it around the office - a small but visible reminder of the community we’ve built.
