Chris Human

Chris Human is the co-leader of our Americas Innovation & Design and Innovation & Business Building practices. He has broad experience in new business and digital product creation, corporate innovation strategy, and execution across multiple sectors in the United States and EMEA.

Chris primarily works with clients in the AMS, financial services, retail and consumer packaged goods industries. He is an expert in design-to-build project delivery from strategy and ideation through to planning and execution, often in service of a broader digital and CX transformation agenda. His focus is split between customer (B2B, B2C and B2B2C) and internal tooling/transformation work.

Prior to joining us, Chris started and led two startups in the professional services/consulting space, focused on marketing / CX and digital delivery and a third online venture in legal services (intellectual property). He also led an Africa-based strategy team at a large multi-national brand strategy consultancy.

Chris has extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams, including analysts, strategists, designers, product managers and engineers, to deliver client results via new business concepts and new-to-market digital solutions.

He received a bachelor's degree in politics, philosophy and economics with honors in strategy from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from UCT GSB.
