Harshveer Singh leads our APAC Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He is also a member of our Financial Services, Advanced Analytics, and Technology and Analytics practices.

Harshveer has nearly two decades of experience advising senior management teams across Asia and the Middle East. He mainly supports property, casualty, and life insurers, as well as major banking organizations. His recent work has involved digital financial services and engagements with both investors and insurgents, health portfolio turnarounds, and growth acceleration efforts for various bank and agency channels.

His core case work includes:The $2B merger of two market-leading insurance companies in Malaysia; The creation of an affluent proposition for a major life insurance firm in Singapore; and building a pivotal digital health and wellness ecosystem for a major APAC L&H player.

In addition to his client work, Harshveer is a member of our global Product Innovation Committee and supports our external recruiting activities.

Prior to joining us, he was a manager for another global consulting firm and served as a brand manager for Colgate Palmolive. While with the latter, he was responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies for several oral care brands.

Harshveer holds an MBA from INSEAD, a B. Eng. in electronics and telecommunications from the University of New Delhi, and a PGDip. in sales and marketing from SPJIMR Mumbai.

In his personal time, he is an active investor in the fintech and insuretech spaces and spends weekends mentoring founders to support business-building.
