Jaemyung Lee is a member of our Technology and Electronics, Semiconductor, and Advanced Manufacturing practices.
His experience spans digital transformation, AI transformation, growth strategy, business portfolio strategy, new business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration. He has particular expertise in hardware and technology manufacturing, including semiconductors, mobile, TV, and network businesses.
Since joining Bain in 2015, he has led multiple large-scale transformation programs, helping senior clients define strategic agendas, redesign operating models, improve research and development and manufacturing processes, and drive enterprise-wide digital and AI adoption.
Prior to joining Bain, he worked at a global management consulting firm in Korea. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Yonsei University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
