Juan primarily advises companies in the Financial Services industry and investors and holds deep expertise in strategy, customer experience, advanced analytics and M&A. He has led engagements addressing full potential strategy, commercial due-diligence, value creation plans, digital strategy and customer segmentation/loyalty amongst others.
He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, as well as both a master's degree in telecommunications engineering and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Europea. Prior to joining Bain, Juan worked at another consulting firm.
In his spare time, Juan loves practicing sports, traveling and spending time with his family.
