Kate Donaldson is a member of our Private Equity practice.
With more than 30 years of professional experience driving commercial transformation and EBITDA improvement, Kate has significant expertise across sales force effectiveness and transformation, sales strategy, GTM improvement, sales incentive assessment and redesign, and organizational transformation.
Kate offers a pragmatic perspective to her clients based on multiple interim sales and sales operations roles throughout her career. She has led commercial transformation efforts across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
Prior to joining us, she led the commercial transformation practice of another top consulting firm and held prior consulting leadership roles in revenue and top-line growth. She also served as an operating partner for a private equity firm.
Kate holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin’s Plan II Honours Programme and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
