About K.C.

K.C. Young is a member of the Bain Academy. She is an expert in professional development topics, focusing on the design and delivery of capability-building programs.

K.C. advises Fortune 500 organizations on upskilling their workforce through topics including effective problem solving, Agile innovation, and leadership development. She was previously responsible for developing Bain's global training program curriculum for Associate Consultants and Senior Associate Consultants, and regularly serves as a trainer in the firm’s broader global training programs. Prior to that, she had 5+ years of consulting experience across industries in both the Atlanta and San Francisco offices.

K.C. is a certified MBTI Instructor, a Scrum Master credentialed by Scrum Inc., and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She is also trained in co-active coaching methodology by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

She graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. In her free time, K.C. enjoys practicing pilates and learning Bengali cooking with her husband.
