Kirk Willmarth is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, supporting life science clients with a focus on business strategy and commercialization.

Kirk has over 10 years of consulting experience. He primarily advises financial investors on investing in life science companies. He has a particular focus on the pharma services, pharma software and life science tools sectors.

In addition to his client work, Kirk is active member of Bain's global training team, serving as a trainer in global sessions across all levels. He has also held multiple leadership roles within San Francisco's people and operations team, including serving as program manager and staffer for new consultants.

Kirk holds an masters degrees in development biology from Stanford and science policy from Duke. He conducted his undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry at Duke University.
