Kyle Weza is an expert and leader in the firm’s Consumer Products practice.
Since initially joining Bain in 2006, Kyle has honed deep expertise in the consumer products industry, with a particular focus on the food & beverage sector. He also has significant experience working in food & beverage retail and has deep knowledge of optimizing performance in both online and offline channels.
His core capabilities include corporate and commercial strategy, organization, and performance improvement, with emphases on brand strategy, commercial excellence, operating model design, and sustainability strategy.
He has worked extensively with clients across Europe, Asia, and North America and has also been based in the firm’s Boston and San Francisco offices.
Kyle holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Princeton University.
