Expertise
Laurent Migom is a member of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Chemicals and Private Equity practices.
He has more than 10 years of consulting experience with Bain, advising senior executives and management teams across a variety of industrial sectors with a focus in chemicals, building and construction products, and machinery.
Laurent mainly focuses on helping clients transform their businesses, often in a private equity context. He holds deep expertise in strategy, company transformations and turnarounds, due diligence and post-acquisition value creation.
Prior to joining Bain, Laurent obtained a Master degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ghent University. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD.
