Lauri Tumm

Lauri Tumm is a leader in the firm's global Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Forest Products, Paper & Packaging and Performance Improvement practices.

Since joining Bain in 2011, Lauri has worked with many Nordic and international clients, focusing mainly on performance improvement, strategy, supply chain and service topics. His industrial focus falls primarily in the machinery, paper and packaging and natural resources sectors.

Prior to joining Bain, Lauri held various roles within the Estonian Navy and Ministry of Defence for 13 years.

He is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and the Graduate School of Business of Columbia University.
