Marcin Szczuka is a member of our EMEA Performance Improvement, Energy & Natural Resources and Private Equity practices.

Marcin has extensive experience in large scale full potential transformations, strategy, performance improvement, culture change, B2B pricing and commercial excellence. He has helped a number of portfolio companies of Private Equity funds in Value Creation Plans with a focus on strategy, operations and procurement. Marcin is currently mainly focusing on chemicals, manufacturing and industrial goods & services.

Marcin holds an MBA from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science from Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
