Marco is a member of our Performance Improvement and Retail practices.
Marco supports clients in achieving their full potential through rigorous strategic planning and value creation plans, working with them from planning to implementation. He has deep expertise across various retail sectors in Italy and broader Europe, as well as the Middle East and Africa, serving industry leaders across grocery, consumer electronics, pet store, apparel, beauty and bookstores.
Marco has worked extensively on topline growth initiatives, particularly on offline and online category management, with a particular focus on private label development and sourcing strategies. He has also supported clients in developing advanced analytics tools to optimize pricing and promotions.
He has also led several performance improvement initiatives with clients, including cost optimization, process improvement, organization and operating model design across their store network and supply chain.
In his personal time, Marco is a foodie and passionate about traveling, tennis, and skiing.
Marco holds an MSc in international management at Bocconi University (Milan) and a CEMS-MIM at Koç Universitesi (Istanbul).
