Maria Arnaoudona

Maria Arnaoudona is an expert in our Performance Improvement practice.

Maria has more than 15 years of operational, general management and performance improvement experience in both advisory and interim management roles (including Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Financial Officer) for North American and global companies. She specializes in leading organizations through holistic transformations and rapid turnarounds.

Maria has served public, private, sponsor-owned and not-for-profit companies across industries, including healthcare, services, energy, chemicals, industrials, consumer products, retail and technology. She also has significant experience working with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies including diligence, transaction support and post-acquisition operational support.

Prior to joining us in 2018, Maria held senior positions with other global top consulting firms. She has also been involved in a number of high-profile Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.

She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
