Maripa is a member of our Digital practice, within the Product Management and Innovation group.

She brings over 15 years of experience leading technology-driven transformations and multidisciplinary teams, delivering impact for clients across industries. Her work focuses on building and scaling digital products that address critical client needs, leveraging advanced analytics, AI. Maripa has extensive experience in the mining sector and broader Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) industry, supporting organizations in complex, data-intensive environments to unlock value through technology. She is certified in Product Ownership and Scrum.

Prior to joining Bain, she built her experience at a leading airline, where she led cross-functional technology initiatives, navigating complex data integrations across multiple business units.

Outside of work, Maripa enjoys practicing a variety of sports, traveling, and making the most of her time with her family.
