Nipun Sareen

Nipun Sareen is a member of our Financial Services (FS) practice.

He has more than 15 years of experience across banking, lending, insurance and wealth management, with deep expertise in strategy, operating model design, sales acceleration, collection transformation and post-merger integration programs. Nipun is passionate about helping clients deliver tangible impact by building their internal capabilities through digital, analytical, AI and traditional tools.

Before becoming a consultant, Nipun worked in banking with HSBC. Prior to joining Bain in 2021, he worked at another global consulting firm. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
